Delayed flight to New York
Here am I writing this in Schiphol (Amsterdam airport) while waiting for my flight to New York. And I unfortunately could get only a middle-seat (argh !) even after enquiring to the check-in counter.
On top of that my flight has been delayed for 2 hours.
And on top of that my return flight is a 747 instead of the 777 I was targeting. I explicitely picked this return flight as the electronic timetable was telling me that KLM was switching aircraft type from April 14 (and I came back 2 weeks ago in the 747, believe me you really want to avoid that one !!). In the end, they did not switch at all..damned
I’m scheduled to stay in New York for a week.
KLM didn’t switch aircraft types, no, they only switched to a different air catering service and now their food is even more useless than it was before – and apparently they also don’t even clean their planes anymore on turnaround, ta!
